After all these years, I finally purchased my first Jaguar on 1/17/20. I decided on a brand new Jaguar XJL 50th Edition 5.0 Supercharged sedan. We have a 2019 Jaguar F type with 5800 miles. Today the check engine light came on and service says it will be over two weeks before they can look at it. So our car has to just sit until December! This is not high line service, unacceptable!

Our Jaguar purchase experience can be divided into three distinct experiences. . Staff was friendly and low pressure during exploratory visits and test drives which contributed to a mostly good initial experience. After committing to purchase a vehicle, however, some confusion at the dealership resulted in the car being sold out from under us the day the purchase was to be finalized. The dealership worked hard to attempt to find an acceptable replacement and make it right in the end.
