COVID-19 (Coronavirus) – Leith Auto Group Update
We are writing to let you know how the Leith Auto Group is dealing with the nationwide Coronavirus outbreak. The impact of this health concern is far-reaching, and our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected. As you know, it is a fast moving scenario, and we continue to pay close attention to the guidelines issued by the CDC and our federal, state, and local government. The health and well-being of our customers, guests, team members, and our community are of utmost importance to us.
Many in our community depend on Leith to provide trusted and reliable automotive sales and service support, as well as a positive, safe, and secure work environment. Our priority is to continue to meet the needs of our friends and neighbors and deliver on our promises, while abiding by the evolving governmental guidelines and recommendations intended to protect us all.
Our team’s primary mission is to provide the highest level of personal service to our customers, and we are continuing to do so, while following recommendations for retail and service operations. In addition to regularly cleaning and sanitizing our facilities, we are also implementing additional steps to sanitize and disinfect public areas and contact surfaces on a much more frequent basis. Our additional cleaning includes attention to steering wheels, key fobs, door handles, and touch controls on our vehicle inventory, as well as on customer vehicles that are in our care and courtesy vehicles used as alternate transportation. If any team member is not feeling well, we are advising them to remain at home and to follow their doctor’s advice. Our team members are not being asked to travel to attend meetings or training, and we are not conducting or participating in meetings in large groups.
For our customers who are in need of automotive maintenance or repair service and prefer not to come in contact with our staff, all of our locations provide night drop-off capability in our dealership service lanes, and we offer secure payment by text, so payments may be made from your personal device.
